Kinkizi FM began broadcasting in 2003 as a community service; its programs are mainly broadcast in Runyankole Rukiga. Our programs aim at transforming the lives of the local communities, socially and economically through selected music, wealth creation talk shows, preaching the gospel and interaction with local communities. Programs like Court Ya’bantu, Orutindo and Orusania give an opportunity the audience to call in and express their views on issues concerning their livelihood.

Our slogan is “ RADIO YA’BANTU” or “PEOPLES RADIO”. We are located at plot 1 Amama Road Kihihi Town Council Kanungu District with a coverage of over 20 Districts including Rukungiri, Bushenyi, Ntungamo, Rukiga, Kabale, Rubanda, Kisoro, Kasese, Forportal, Ibanda, Buhweju, Rubiriizi,and parts of Mbarara and DRC
